Megan Thompson is the Founding Partner and CEO of HaiQV AI Ventures. She founded the firm in 2020 with the conviction that the AI era would create a new generation of enterprise category leaders. Prior to founding HaiQV, Megan spent over a decade at leading venture capital firms and technology companies, developing deep expertise in AI infrastructure and enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategy. She holds board seats across the portfolio and leads our most significant investments. Megan is drawn to founders with clear technical insight and the resilience to build through market uncertainty.
Maya Okonkwo
Principal
Maya leads deal sourcing and evaluation across the enterprise SaaS vertical. She brings prior experience in product management at a cloud infrastructure company and investment banking, giving her a rare dual lens on both building and scaling technology businesses. Maya focuses on workflow automation, DevOps tooling, and vertical SaaS markets with strong unit economics.
Violet Nguyen
Senior Associate
Violet covers AI infrastructure, foundation model applications, and emerging market opportunities within the firm's investment thesis. She joined HaiQV after graduate research in machine learning systems and brings a technical depth that helps the team evaluate frontier AI companies at the earliest stages. Violet is particularly excited about AI agents and multimodal enterprise applications.
